New Library displays feature highlights of 2008-09

Lynn Library has created two displays featuring books highlighting events from the past year. These materials include: Charlie Wilson’s War by George Crile – March Dively lecture, Congressman Charlie Wilson Lynn faculty publications – Rhode Island’s Musical Heritage featuring a chapter by Music Librarian Tsukasa Cherkaoui and Essentials of Inferential Statistics by Lynn professor Malcolm Asadoorian Favorite books of President Barack Obama including: • The Post American World by Fareed Zakaria • In Dubious Battle by John Steinbeck • The Golden Notebook by Doris Lessing It’s the Economy Stupid and Is our children learning by Paul Begala, October Dively Lecture series. Donkey Gospel, Real Sofistikashun and What Narcissm Means to me by College of Arts and Science Scholar in Residence Tony Hoagland Indignation by Philip Roth and The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch – 2 of the top ten campus best sellers.
